NorCal Branch LinkedIn Group
The Oxford University Society is the official Alumni association of the University of Oxford,
and membership the Branch LinkedIn group is only open to University of Oxford Alumni (Former
Matriculated undergraduate and graduate degree students) and OUS Card holders in the Northern California
area (who are LinkedIn members).
Eligibility
While we welcome most people to our event schedule, whether member or non-member, this official
LinkedIn Group is only open to Oxford Alumni and those in possession of:
- (a) A validated OUS card of at least Associate Member grade.
- (b) A validated OUS Friend of the University card (note that
the Kellogg College American Friends of Lifelong Learning is not an OUS card).
The Branch validates the declared alumni status of all applicants' with the University before granting
membership.

Registering
Navigate to the LinkedIn Group page, and click on the yellow button. You ought to be able to provide some
text in the request. Please include:
- Your registered OUS NorCal email address to help us find you in our member list.
- At least your full name, College, and Matriculation year (or enrollment year, dept. and status, e.g. Visiting Student/Fellow, post-doc research assistant etc).
- OUS Member Card details if you have it (so we can find you in the University's database),
The Administrator will confirm your request once your details have been verified.
